Return Policy
1.1 Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of our printing services, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Once your order is placed, it is final. we have strict NO return and NO exchange policy. we can only offer replacements for the same cards
Refund Policy
2.1 Non-refundable Services: Given the custom nature of our offerings, we do not issue refunds. Should there be a mistake on our part, we are committed to rectifying the error by possibly reprinting the order.
2.2 Order Issues: Should you encounter any problems with your order, please reach out to us immediately at cyberwale.in@gmail.com. We pledge to collaborate with you to find a satisfactory resolution.
2.3 For any reason if the print is not okay or the Pvc card quality is not good user may reach to us for refunds or replacement. If approved, the replacement will be delivered to you with in 7-10 days.
2.4 If any refunds that is approved by us , it will be credited and processed to original source with in 7-10 days.
Cancellation Policy
3.1 Order Finalization: Orders are considered final once submitted and cannot be cancelled.
3.2 File Submission Errors: Should there be an error in the file you submitted for printing, you have the opportunity to submit a corrected file within one hour of the original order.
3.3 Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel any orders that we suspect contain inappropriate or fraudulent content.
3.4 Cancellations on Our Part: In the rare event a cancellation is necessary due to our error, we will inform you promptly and guide you through the cancellation process.
Additional Information
Parcel Returns: in cases where parcels are returned to us by Indian Post services or another partner carrier, the customer will be responsible for covering the reshipping costs.
